Chris and his Apprentice, Preston came to my home and installed one medium chandelier, one large double pendant and one UL fan box. They perfomed professionally and methodically with skill and confidence during the installation. Chris and Preston were kind, helpful, respectful, careful and cooperative in all manner of the installations. Chris has been to my home previously on a different job and he always performs well. I would also like to give kudos to Cody, who is always kind and professional and a fellow Navy veteran whom I am proud to call my "Brother." It is nice to have the same employees come back again that develops a bond between electrician and customer. This company is top tier. My initial estimate with Cody was amazing and my panel upgrade and install with Marcus G was awesome. They were knowledgeable, professional and very respectful to my property, I recommend this company for all your electrical needs.

Lightning Bug was great! Alex and Joseph came out to move a light switch and provide quotes for other future projects. They were polite, incredibly helpful, and thorough with explaining the details of installation and their recommendations. After moving the light switch, they even hung the poster for me and left the work area clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very glad that I called the folks at Lighting Bug. Cody came out to give me my estimate and was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving for the issues I had with my home. He was also very quick to offer solutions that worked for me long term. Once scheduled Marcus and team were here exactly when they were supposed to be here. Marcus was very respectful of the property and explained all the silly questions I had while working as quickly as possible. Marcus' work was exceptional and thorough. He made sure I understood all the work he did and that everything was up to my expectations. Overall the experience was terrific, Lightning Bug was well under the other quotes I got for the same work plus.They were quick, communicative, thorough and were very good about cleaning up after all the work was done.

I had fun today swapping out the old wall oven that quit working. Getting the old oven out of there by myself was the biggest challenge because that oven was heavy. I also had to do a little bit of carpentry work to reduce the size of the opening so the new oven wouldn't be sliding around once it was installed. Frigidaire threw me a curveball though because the new oven was set up to connect above the oven, but the old oven was connected below. The electrical conduit from the new oven was not long enough to reach the junction box below, and the wire to the junction box below was not long enough to reach above the oven. So I called in an electrician (Josh M) from Lightning Bug Electric and we deduced that the electrical supply wire was coming from above. After discussing all our options we cut a hole above the oven in the back of the cabinet, fished around and found the wire, pulled the wire up to the top, shortened it, installed a new junction box, and got everything hooked up properly. It was much easier getting the new oven in place and secured with someone else to help lift it in place. Josh also changed a couple of 40 amp circuit breakers with 20 amp breakers to better
